2009 Pro-Choice Lobby Day

We raised our voice for CHOICE at Pro-Choice Lobby Day 2009!

With almost 200 people registered and more people regsitering on Lobby Day we were able to show our Legislators how strong Minnesota's Pro-Choice voice is!

They heard our voice and it was loud and clear that cuts to Famlily Planning will not be tolerated, that 89% of Minnesota�s parents want to get rid of dangerous and ineffective �abstinence-only� programs and instead teach comprehensive, medically accurate sex education in schools, and that we stand firm in our belief that women have a right to the full range of reproductvie services available, from abortion access to raising healthy, happy families.

Pro-Choice Lobby Day 2009 was a huge success! We had 87 Legislators scheduled for visits with constituents ranging from 1 to 15 visitors.

Pro-Choice Lobby Day happens once a year and we look forward to seeing you next Spring.
